Disneyland

After we went to the beach, we spent three days in Disneyland. We were very excited to go, but the trip didn't start off the greatest. The day before we left, Kyler came down with a case of the stomach flu. Poor thing! He was over the throwing up by the time we left for our trip, but he still wan't feeling well and he was pretty tired. Our first day in Disneyland he kept asking when we were going to go back to the hotel. He managed to have some fun anyway.

Our first ride was Peter Pan.

The boys love the tea cup ride.

Kadin looking cute :)

Casey Jr. I bet we waited the longest for this ride and it was not worth the wait. The boys enjoyed it though.

This is what Kadin, Mimi, and I did while Eric, Kyler, and Grandpa went on Space Mountain.

Waiting for Captain EO. The boys loved this so much that we saw it a second time. Their request.

Kyler took a much needed nap so Kadin and I played in Tarzan's treehouse. He loved it!

We went to the parade and really enjoyed it. This was the highlight of the parade for us. Kyler loves Peter Pan and Kadin loves Jake and the Neverland Pirates so seeing Captain Hook was very exciting for them. It was perfect that Captain Hook was the character who came over to interact with us.

We started our second day with breakfast at Goofy's kitchen. We had some pretty high expectations because it was the highlight of our last trip to Disneyland. Last time there were tons of characters and they spent a lot of time with Kyler. Goofy came around and danced with all of the kids and then they got to bake a cake with him. This time was a big, fat let down. Last time it was free because of the Costco deal we got, but this time we actually paid for it. It's not cheap, but it was so fun that we thought it would be worth it. Wrong! There were less characters and they spent less time with us. Goofy no longer dances with the kids or bakes a cake with them. Not worth the money! They still enjoyed it and it was nice to see characters without waiting in line.

Kadin could not have cared less about Aurora. He totally ignored her the entire time.

After our trip, Kyler told people that the carousel was his favorite ride. We could have paid a lot less money just to ride a carousel :)

While Kadin napped, Kyler played in the splash pad in Bug's Land. Then we went on a couple of rides.

Then Kadin woke up and we rode a couple of those rides again.

Then off we went. Look at my cute men :)

We spent some time in Toon Town,

rode on another carousel,

and Kyler took a trip to Tarzan's tree house

while Kadin did this.

And that was our Disneyland adventure. Back at the hotel, the boys decided that they wanted to be super heroes. They couldn't leave out their "guys." Ribbit and Monkey also became super heroes.

When we woke up the morning that we were leaving, Kyler informed us that all he wanted to do that day was go to Disneyland. Frustrating! Pretty much the entire trip he didn't want to be there. Of course he wanted to be there the day we were leaving.
